Domestic Shipping (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) on orders over $25 is using Standard Shipping (2-5 business days).
For orders below $25 and/or outside the continental U.S., actual shipping charges will be calculated based upon weight and your location and will appear in your shopping cart as you add items to it. Delivery times for each class of shipping are as follows:
Estimated Shipping Charges will appear in your shopping cart as you add items to it. These charges are based upon Standard Shipping to the Continental United States. For International orders (and Alaska & Hawaii), shipping charges for all available delivery options will be calculated during checkout since we need your address to determine these charges. You'll be presented with the lowest-cost shipping option (Standard Shipping) and given the opportunity to upgrade to increased levels of service (Expedited, 2-Day and Overnight) if available.
Delivery options include Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, 2-Day and Overnight. Not all delivery options are available for all locations; during checkout, options and charges will be determined and made available. All deliveries are made on normal business days Monday thru Friday excluding holidays unless otherwise noted or arranged for in advance.
Certain items may have additional shipping charges associated with them because of increased size (dimensions) and / or insurance charges imposed by our carriers (USPS, FedEx and UPS). These additional charges are clearly indicated at the time of checkout.
Most in stock orders received by us before 2:00pm Eastern Time are shipped the same business day. Orders received after 2:00pm will be shipped the following business day. Orders received after 2:00 Friday are shipped Monday.
SPECIAL NOTE ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Import Taxes and Duty are the responsibility of the customer. Phoenix Toys assumes no responsibility for theses charges. Import Taxes and Duty levyd by the receiving country will be collected by Customs and/or the local delivery company.
We stock nearly EVERY product we sell, and keep a lot of everything in stock! Knowing that information is power, we do our best to provide you with as much information as possible, especially with regard to availability of our products. We know how important it is to be comfortable knowing that your order will arrive once you've made the decision to buy your products from us, so we make sure you know if there are any availability issues with any of them. If a product is out of stock, we'll show you that information right on the item page. We'll also show you when we expect to have more ready for shipment to you. We also remind you about any availability problems right before you complete your order. Products that are noted as "Temporarily Out of Stock"
If a product is listed as "Temporarily out of stock" and has no estimated date for arrival at our warehouse, it means that we have sold through our entire inventory of that product and do not have an estimated date for availability.
If a product is listed as "Temporarily out of stock" and shows an estimated date for delivery to our warehouse, it means that we've sold through our current inventory of that product and are expecting more to be delivered by the date indicated.
Delivery confirmation is at no extra charge for Priority Mail. The tracking number is sent to your e-mail address from our web site (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please make sure to add email@example.com to your address book and SPAM Filter to make sure e-mail from us is not treated as Spam.
We are not responsible for lost shipments after the carrier delivers them (per confirmation on tracking numbers) i.e. the delivery person leaves them on your doorstep. The following are the steps you should take if you haven't received your shipment:
Claims for missing or damaged items
All claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. Claims may be made by phone, but should be confirmed via e-mail or US Postal mail. We're sorry, but we're unable to honor claims for missing or damaged products that are made after 10 days after your receipt of your products.
